Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Comics And…! Because all products are made-to-order through third-party print-on-demand partners, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Products

All items sold through the Comics And… store are custom printed and fulfilled on demand specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering mistakes.

Please double-check product details, sizing charts, colors, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered. If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect (wrong item, design, or size sent)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered, please first check:

  • Around your property

  • With neighbors or household members

  • Your local carrier

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Fulfillment errors

  • Incorrect items received

  • Orders unable to be fulfilled

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

  • Color expectations differing slightly due to monitor/device settings

  • Shipping delays outside of our control

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
