Thank you for shopping with Comics And…! Every purchase supports independent content creation and our amazing community. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Fulfillment

All products sold through the Comics And… store are made-to-order and fulfilled by trusted third-party print-on-demand partners.

This means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this process, shipping may take longer than traditional retail stores.

Processing & Production Time

Orders typically require 2 to 10 business days for production before shipment.

Production times may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Order volume

  • Holidays or seasonal demand

  • Vendor production capacity

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time Estimates

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are generally:

United States:
5 to 10 business days

International Orders:
10 to 30 business days depending on destination, customs processing, and local carriers.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • Weather delays

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Holiday demand

  • Circumstances outside our control

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information (when available) via the email used at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving shipment confirmation.

Multiple Shipments

Because products may be fulfilled by different print partners or facilities, items in the same order may arrive separately.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to modify, replace, or refund the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears delayed, please first review the tracking information.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check around your delivery location

  • Contact neighbors or household members

  • Reach out to your local carrier

While we will do our best to assist, Comics And… is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or theft after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
